Peaches and Cream Cake

Mmmm Mmmm Good!! This is a cake doctor recipe and so easy! It smells great when cooking and looks summery.


1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup flour
1 cup Harvest Peach yogurt from a 2 lb container
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3 eggs

1 1/2 cups Cool  Whip
1 cup Harvest Peach yogurt
2 cups frozen or fresh peaches

Heat oven to 350 and prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan.  Beat cake mix, flour, 1 cup yogurt, eggs oil, water, ginger and nutmeg for 30 seconds on low and scrape the sides and 2 minutes on medium. Pour into pan.  Bake for 30-35 minutes.  Cool completely.  In a small bowl mix the yogurt and Cool Whip until blended.  Serve cake with a dollop of the cream and fresh peaches! Easy and De-lish! Enjoy~
