WOW! Easy! 3 ingredients and we were good to go!!
1 28 can whole tomatoes
5 Tbsp butter
1 onion halved and peeled
Simmer all ingredients in a medium sauce pan for 45 minutes Discard onion. Salt and pepper to taste.....Wa-la! Serve over pasta! I added parmesan cheese to the top.... Done! Enjoy~
