Yummy Lemon Bars

It is Spring! I love Spring, the colors, the scents and the flavors.  Actually, I love lemon all year round, but I make lemon bars more in the spring and today I made them for the 1st time! I made enough for a neighbor, too! Happy Baking!

1 cup butter
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Cream together and press into  a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Beat eggs until frothy.  Add sugar, baking powder and lemon juice.  Mix until smooth.  Pour egg mixture over the crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Cook and dust with powdered sugar.  Enjoy~
