Easy Pork Loin

This recipe is so easy and very good.  All you do is add the ingredients and put your feet up for the rest of the day! I serve it with roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes and a veggie.

1 boneless whole pork loin(3 to 4 lbs)
1 can veggie broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup julienne sweet red pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cut roast in half and put into a slow cooker.  In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over pork.  Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. Easy and good comfort food! Enjoy~
