Bacon and Swiss Quiche

Real men DO eat quiche, or....well....Tony does! This is a family favorite. I got this recipe from my mom and have always loved it. Sometimes I do not add the cheddar or add an additional cheese and do not add the bacon, (for the picky kid in the family). SO it is easy to add and take away and it is still sooo good!
~Recipe~
**I double or triple this for the amount of people.**
1-9 inch pie shell(homemade of store bought is fine)
6 beaten eggs
8 slices of bacon, crumbled(Or bacon bits)
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Bake pie shell at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheeses into shell. Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and reduce oven to 375 degrees. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
